First Post

This is my first post on this blog. First posts are always weird, but I'm writing this to hold myself accountable.

This blog was created for a variety of reasons. Number one being to hold myself accountable. This blog is going to be home for my personal fitness journey as well as a fun way for me to share my passion for fitness with others.

I'm going to be sharing healthy recipes, some awesome workouts that will kick your butt, and all the while track my progress periodically.
